Sean answered my inquiry promptly and was on time for the appointment. He is careful to wear a mask and was very courteous. Because I have a newly adopted dog, my carpets were a mess, but Sean applied a deodorizer and cleaned my carpet and area rugs beautifully. The whole house smells fresh and clean.

This is absolutely the carpet cleaning service to use. While I haven’t used anyone else, I can say I was floored by the result. Scheduling was quick and easy. The price was fair and competitive. The quality of the clean was immaculate. Let me elaborate. I am embarrassed to admit this but my house absolutely smelled like dogs. The carpets were very dirty, and it smelled like dog upon moving out. Making matters more difficult, I had a couple rugs that left very stark lines between the exposed and covered carpet. Other carpet cleaners I have used in the past struggled with these. However despite the level of dirt and the smell and the unevenness of the stains, this guy absolutely made the carpets look brand new. I also had two sets of stairs that were in rough shape. They looked immaculate afterwards. Can recommend Faithfully Clean with the highest confidence.

Ok, so we had chem dry come and we were not impressed, we’ve also used Stanley Steemer multiple times. Well we needed our sectional cleaned (again) we have pets and kids- this was an emergency situation. We called Faithfully Clean and he was able to schedule us for the following day which was a SATURDAY! (Less than 24 hrs later) He showed up on time, was very polite and professional and works very very hard for the money he charges- I did not think my sectional could be brought back, it looks like a new couch! I could not be happier. We will now be calling on Faithfully clean for all of our upholstery and carpets. Give this guy a call! You won’t be disappointed!!

I will do business with them again. I’m pleased with their service. When no other business in town scheduled me for carpet and rug cleaning, Faithfully Clean did it with only 3 day notice in advance. Only thing I’d mention that my basement took 24 hours to completely dry instead of 8-10 hours as they mentioned, because of my basement being poorly ventilated.

This time we also had him work on our laminate and he did a great job of removing a film left by someone who used the incorrect cleaner in the past.

The carpet that needed cleaning, had been under an area rug for years, really neglected. It came out beautifully clean and smelled terrific, so much better than I had dared to hope for! Will definetly be calling again, and highly recommended!

Needed carpet cleaned in a rental house that we had sold. Needed it done within a few days and Faithfully Clean responded to our request immediately. Was able to fit us in to his schedule and kept us informed on time of arrival. Arrived on time and since it was two small rooms, was able to clean both within an hour. The carpets were NASTY and I did not expect them to look as good as they did after Faithfully Clean was finished. Very satisfied.
