AWESOME Excellent Job!!!

This is absolutely the carpet cleaning service to use. While I haven’t used anyone else, I can say I was floored by the result. Scheduling was quick and easy. The price was fair and competitive. The quality of the clean was immaculate. Let me elaborate. I am embarrassed to admit this but my house absolutely smelled like dogs. The carpets were very dirty, and it smelled like dog upon moving out. Making matters more difficult, I had a couple rugs that left very stark lines between the exposed and covered carpet. Other carpet cleaners I have used in the past struggled with these. However despite the level of dirt and the smell and the unevenness of the stains, this guy absolutely made the carpets look brand new. I also had two sets of stairs that were in rough shape. They looked immaculate afterwards. Can recommend Faithfully Clean with the highest confidence.

Ok, so we had chem dry come and we were not impressed, we’ve also used Stanley Steemer multiple times. Well we needed our sectional cleaned (again) we have pets and kids- this was an emergency situation. We called Faithfully Clean and he was able to schedule us for the following day which was a SATURDAY! (Less than 24 hrs later) He showed up on time, was very polite and professional and works very very hard for the money he charges- I did not think my sectional could be brought back, it looks like a new couch! I could not be happier. We will now be calling on Faithfully clean for all of our upholstery and carpets. Give this guy a call! You won’t be disappointed!!

I will do business with them again. I’m pleased with their service. When no other business in town scheduled me for carpet and rug cleaning, Faithfully Clean did it with only 3 day notice in advance. Only thing I’d mention that my basement took 24 hours to completely dry instead of 8-10 hours as they mentioned, because of my basement being poorly ventilated.
